About Us
We are Paolo and Matteo, twins and custodians of a tradition that, in Portofino, has been reminiscent of the sea and authenticity since 1850.
Our family has been involved in the restaurant business for generations, and today we are its eighth voice: the legacy of knowledge that has endured through time and which we have transformed into a personal, recognizable culinary signature.
We grew up surrounded by our grandmother's recipes and our mother's stories, by fishermen returning at dawn and carefully laid tables. It was there that we learned that cooking isn't just a craft: it's identity, belonging, and emotion.
